Bad news: Seedy Jeezus have to cancel their tour. Our thoughts are with Tony Reed and his family!
It is with a heavy heart that this post is written.
Due to unforeseen circumstances Seedy Jeezus tour has been cancelled.
This morning just as I was leaving for the airport I had a call from Tony Reed informing me that his father had passed away.
The news was devastating ... but in moments like this family come first and so the decision was made.
We send nothing but love and good wishes to Tony Reed and his family in this very difficult time. Tony is very much the 4th member of Seedy Jeezus so the thought of looking for a replacement wasn’t an option.

Mark is in Spain. I’m in Dubai on my way to Paris. Mark n I will be in Cologne aug 28 to catch up. I will be tripping round Europe for the next 5 weeks ... not sure where. Will just wake up and get a train to plane somewhere.
We are sorry to disappoint all the people who have been waiting to see us. We will return to Europe !!

Dans le paysage du stoner heavy psyché mondial, certains groupes sortent du lot sans pour autant faire de vagues. C'est le cas de la bande à Lex Waterreus, Seedy Jeezus.
Le groupe australien créé à Prahran à Melbourne en 2010 est certainement l'un des meilleurs groupes du genre, dans l'ombre de Earthless et à la suite des jeunes pouces de la scène de San Diego. Le groupe a d'ailleurs collaboré sur plusieurs projets avec Isaiah Mitchell (Earthless/Golden Void) dont leur projet Tranquonauts.
On a l'honneur de les inviter pour la première fois à Bruxelles dans le cadre de leur tournée européenne. Le groupe sera accompagné d'un invité d'exception en la personne de Tony Reed, le frontman de Mos Generator, à la basse. Avec leur monstrueux batteur, Mark Sibson, ce concert de rentrée s'annonce totalement épique. La Central va danser comme jamais sur des riffs heavy, entre psyché 60's et rock 70's.
